Job Description
* Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects/workstreams on time and budget
* Drive strong delivery discipline across timelines, milestones, and accountability
* Manage stakeholders across business, tech, and vendors to ensure alignment
* Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID) proactively
* Maintain governance, reporting, and clear decision-making structures
* Oversee scope, budget, and resource management across delivery
* Integration delivery experience preferred, with exposure to complex systems
The Successful Applicant
A successful Delivery Manager should have:
* Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in IT environments
* Strong delivery discipline with the ability to drive timelines and accountability
* Demonstrated experience delivering complex, multi-stream technology projects
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business, technology, and vendors
* Solid understanding of project management fundamentals (scope, budget, risk, schedule, resources)
* Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and testers
* Strong governance, reporting, and risk/issue management (RAID) capabilities
* Ability to manage interdependencies across projects and resolve conflicts
* Experience delivering integration-heavy projects or working across multiple systems (preferred)
