You'll be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including residents, ratepayers, and the public, delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support across the City's recreation facilities.We are looking for energetic, personable people who are genuinely passionate about supporting our community.

Expressions of interest may be consulted when a casual position becomes available, and we may contact you for further information or an interview to determine suitability.About YouYou will have strong attention to detail, be able to work autonomously to complete tasks, and be an integral team member for problem solving and achieving successful outcomes.Provide a high level of customer service consistent with the City's Customer Service Charter.Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in processing financial transactions.Complete relevant administration tasks with a high level of accuracy, efficiency and service.Maintain safe, hygienic, well-presented and readily accessible facilities.Respond to incidents and emergency situations within site procedures and training.Exercise duty of care and work in a safe and efficient manner, having regard for your own safety and that of other workers and the general public.Work effectively in a team environment and assist others to achieve service unit goals.Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operations.Under the direction of the Senior Customer Service Officer and the Team Leader Functions and Program Delivery, review and report on front desk customer service standards, providing recommendations for improving customer service and service efficiencies.What we offerYou will love working here because we have great staff who are motivated and passionate about what they do.
