Our Technology team is responsible for delivering a first-class experience to all our customers globally. We are looking for an experienced Iteration Manager | Scrum Master to drive the agile delivery on Enterprise Data Platforms.
You will take ownership of effective and timely delivery of prioritised features using the Scrum framework. Your expert facilitation of sprint planning, showcases, retrospectives and team ceremonies including stand ups will clear the path for our teams to continue to deliver. You will have a high attention to detail as you are proactive on managing risk, regulatory and compliance obligations. Your excellent knowledge and use of analytics on Atlassian agile project management tooling will continuously improve the performance and quality of the team, manage capacity, issues and cross team dependencies. Your will work collaboratively Product Owners to bring you planning and delivery expert judgement in guiding delivery roadmaps.
We anticipate being successful in this role you will have:
- 3-5 years as an Agile Delivery Lead, Technology Iteration Manager or Scrum Master
- customer obsessions to create a world class experience for our people and customers we serve
- experience leading and coaching end-to-end agile delivery in continuous delivery cycle
- experience managing and guiding requirements and deliver outcomes based on agile principals, values and behaviours
- experience at forecasting and planning at the project level to remediate risks and dependencies of delivery
- understanding code testability, experience in build pipelines and DevOps (CI/CD systems)
- ability to talk to the value of metrics and the story they tell at all levels of the organisation
- super user skills on Atlassian toolsets (e.g., JIRA and Confluence)
- experience working on data platform projects
- skills to act a gatekeeper to channel new requests and protect engineers from delivering exceptional product
- extensive experience in managing and guiding requirements in order to adapt to changing requirements
- professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master certification.

- Obsession about housekeeping by working with Product Owners on improving and maintaining world class product backlogs
- Digital transformation and migration to cloud project experience
