**Sales Representatives**
**Work Responsibilities**
- Attending sales appointments by meeting the customers at their businesses on daily basis.
- Cross & Upselling Products and Services while taking orders from the customers.
- Understanding the customers' requirements related to packaging, cleaning material, and offering suitable solutions to them.
- Generating leads and converting leads into sales.
- Preparing sales quotations and converting all the quotations and inquiries into sales.
- Maintaining good relationship with the customers and resolving the issues in relation to the orders and deliveries.
- Processing sales order invoices and preparing order picking lists.
- Occasional liaising with delivery drivers and freight companies to ensure the successful delivery of product to our customers.
- Accounts Receivables/Debtors - invoicing, issuing credit notes, processing customer payments, debtors follow-up.
- Attending sales/admin meetings at the office and attending ad-hoc administration duties as requested by the management.
- Adhere to Company's policies & procedures.
**Skills and experiences**
- Good Sales & Interpersonal skills, must be a team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously/independently and meet deadlines.
- An excellent customer service focus and passion for helping customers.
- Previous experience in Sales particularly in food services and hospitality supplies industry.
- Previous experience in sales and customer retention is highly regarded.
- Self-motivation and enjoy working towards team KPI's.
- Love working in a fast-paced environment where you have set targets to achieve within set timeframes.
- Have an ability to undertake multiple tasks whilst actively listening to assist in resolving customers' needs.

Multilingual skills in Greek/Italian/Indian/Turkish/Arabic/Cantonese/Mandarin/Vietnamese/any Asian Languages are advantageous.
