Make a real impact in the housing sector by supporting communities through quality tenancy management. We're looking for a Tenancy Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional service across a diverse housing portfolio.
What you'll do:
* Manage tenant relationships and maintain high service standards
* Oversee rent reviews, arrears, and tenancy agreements
* Coordinate property maintenance and resolve tenancy issues
* Ensure compliance with legislation and organizational policies
What we're looking for:
* Experience in tenancy or property management
* Strong knowledge of residential tenancy laws
