**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This role will be responsible of the management and coordination of store layout changes and installation processes to ensure all parties are across all projects timings. High profile promotional briefing for all categories for all on airport and off airport stores, ensuring the best possible executions that meet brand guidelines.
**THIS ROLE WILL SEE YOU**:
- The delivery of a well-planned, well executed & innovative store layout and fixture development using AUTOCAD;
- Managing workflow across high profile supplier promotional output ensuring priorities & timelines are clear to direct report and buyers ensuring a seamless executions;
- Store layout concepts, development and floor plan relays, development and concept design for fixtures;
- Providing recommendations on appropriate layout and fixtures for stores and involvement in new store design;
- Scheduling communication and project management of all fixture moves, new fixture installs and high profile promotional executions;
- Calendar development for up and coming promotions, changeovers, fixture installs and executions;
- Promotional process development working with merchandise team, inventory, store operations and VM's creating processes from head office to store level;
- Be the direct contact for store management team where required in relation to visual merchandising matters
- Managing and leading the visual merchandise and stores team across all stores to ensure: guidelines are followed; all promotions are set up on time;
- Regular store visits to all airport stores
**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL BE**:
- Delivering on time, on brand and on time High Profile Supplier promotional activity required to achieve the financial KPIs of the business
- Working closely with both internal and external parties to deliver creatively strong and innovative High profile Supplier promotions.
- Ensure VM guidelines are constantly updated accordingly and manage training expectations in store, providing leadership, support and development as required
**WHO ARE YOU?**
**_ Essential:_**
- Proven Creative flair and experience backed up with solid achievements gained in a retail environment.
- At least 5 years' experience in Retails Visual Merchandising
- Ability to use AUTOCAD
- Proven experience in delivering large new stores and refurbishments
- Experience in briefing out to external parties promotional activities
- Able to work collaboratively but equally able to influence and manage at all levels of promotional cycles and new store layouts and designs
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills

- In Design or Photoshop experience
