About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer within our global Design team, you'll shape intuitive, elegant, and scalable B2C product experiences, with a strong focus on eCommerce journeys, conversion, and customer engagement. You'll work end-to-end across discovery, interaction design, and high-quality visual execution to create experiences that help millions of customers seamlessly protect the things they love.
You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and the Director of Design to define user experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes, particularly across acquisition, checkout, onboarding, and lifecycle engagement. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex customer problems, and balances strong craft with systems thinking in fast-moving consumer environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end design initiatives across B2C and eCommerce customer journeys, from discovery through delivery.
* Translate customer insights, behavioural data, and commercial goals into high-impact, conversion-focused design solutions.
* Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Content to prototype, validate, and ship experiences that improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
* Design and optimise key flows such as product discovery, pricing, checkout, onboarding, and post-purchase lifecycle.
* Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure scalability, consistency, accessibility, and speed to market.
* Lead or support user research, usability testing, and experimentation (A/B testing, funnel analysis) to inform decisions.
* Mentor designers and share best practices that elevate craft, commercial thinking, and customer empathy.
* Champion accessibility, performance, and data-informed decision-making across the design process.
Skills & Experience
What you will bring
* 5+ years designing digital consumer products, with strong experience in eCommerce and B2C environments.
* Proven track record improving conversion, engagement, or revenue-driving journeys through design.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, interaction design, experimentation, and visual craft.
* Deep proficiency in Figma and experience contributing to mature design systems.
* Experience working in cross-functional agile teams, balancing customer, commercial, and technical needs.
* Hands-on involvement in research, usability testing, analytics, and A/B experimentation.
* Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and personalization concepts in consumer products.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor designers or lead initiatives that raise design quality.
* Strong visual and UI craft, delivering polished, accessible, on-brand consumer interfaces.
* Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern front-end constraints, especially in eCommerce contexts.
