Overview
The Role
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to define and build the next evolution of Linktree's Business Suite — the tools that help agencies, brands, and creator-focused teams manage multiple profiles, discover talent, and run creator programs at scale. This is a true zero-to-one role: you'll shape the strategy for Workspaces (multi-profile management) while also influencing the broader Business Suite, which will bring together workflows like creator discovery, campaign tools, and team-based access management. Your work will enable talent agencies, influencer marketing teams, and fast-growing brands to run their creator operations through Linktree — without bespoke enterprise support or sales-heavy motions.
You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Creator Partnerships to define the product vision, run hands-on discovery, and translate customer pain points into clear, scalable solutions. This is an ideal role for a PM who moves quickly, thrives in ambiguous spaces, and is energized by solving net-new customer problems.
What You'll Own
Product Vision & Strategy
* Define the North Star for Linktree's Business Suite — starting with Workspaces and evolving into a cohesive suite that supports agencies and brand teams.
* Prioritize the highest-impact workflows across multi-profile management, creator discovery, campaign coordination, and team collaboration.
* Focus on scalable solutions that serve a broad range of business users, without relying on custom builds or heavy enterprise support.
Customer Discovery & Insight Development
* Lead hands-on discovery with talent agencies, influencer marketers, brand partnerships teams, and creator-focused organizations.
* Run qualitative research independently — from outreach to interviews — and synthesize insights into actionable product direction.
* Identify patterns across diverse customer segments to define solutions that work broadly, rather than for one-off enterprise deals.
Product Execution
* Translate ambiguous user needs into clear problem definitions, strong narratives, and testable product hypotheses.
* Work with Design and Research to validate early concepts and iterate quickly on flows that support agency and brand workflows.
* Partner with Engineering on system requirements such as identity, permissions, profile access, and multi-user management (platform experience is helpful, but not the core requirement).
* Define success metrics across activation, adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction — then drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with Creator Partnerships, Sales, Support, and Marketing to ensure cohesive rollout and customer understanding.
* Serve as a product ambassador, confidently pitching concepts to customers and internal teams.
* Help shape a product-led and marketing-led growth motion for a new category of business-facing tools at Linktree.
Who We're Looking For
Must-Haves
* 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally across business tools, creator/influencer platforms, or B2B2C products.
* Proven zero-to-one builder — you've shipped net-new products, not just features, and can define structure where none exists.
* Strong customer research skills — you're comfortable driving your own discovery, talking to customers weekly, and turning qualitative insights into product decisions.
* Ability to confidently pitch product concepts, tell a compelling story, and bring stakeholders along.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where autonomy, scrappiness, and ownership are essential.
* Experience working with teams who serve creators, agencies, influencers, or brand marketers (direct or adjacent).
Nice-to-Haves
* Familiarity with platform concepts like identity, permissions, multi-user access, and multi-account systems — helpful but not the core of the role.
* Experience with creator economy, influencer marketing tools, or advertising/brand partnership ecosystems.
* Background working on a business manager–style product (e.g., Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, Pinterest Business tools).
