About the Role As our Human Resources Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering the day-to-day HR operations across job design, attraction, onboarding, learning and development, retention, and offboarding, while also providing administrative and event coordination support to the leadership team. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who enjoys both people-focused HR work and office administration tasks. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for staff, providing HR and office support to foster a positive workplace culture. Liaise with clients on resourcing needs, recommend candidates, and coordinate recruitment timelines. Support job design, position descriptions, and wage classification/negotiation processes. Coordinate job advertising, candidate communications, and interview logistics. Manage onboarding and induction, ensuring new starters are set up for success. Maintain HR records, reporting, and compliance requirements. Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling, meetings, and documentation. Plan, coordinate, and attend company events, workshops, networking sessions, and social activities. Oversee office operations, including supplies, travel bookings, and general coordination. Support payroll and finance by sharing accurate HR updates for smooth processing. Assist with social media updates, internal communications, and promotional initiatives. What We’re Looking For Experience in HR generalist, HR administrator, or office coordination roles. Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation. Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Great written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with monday.com a plus. Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented with a genuine care for people. Positive, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-growing environment. Detail-focused with strong follow-through and professional integrity. Problem-solving mindset with critical-thinking skills.
