Our Barangaroo venue offers a stunning waterfront dining experience within one of Sydney's most vibrant precincts.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Barangaroo location.
About the Role
This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards across all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
* Supervising, training, and rostering front-of-house staff
* Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing inventory
* Managing budgets, controlling costs, and supporting financial performance
* Ensuring compliance with food safety, health regulations, and licensing requirements
* Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints effectively
* Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and consistent quality
* Implementing and maintaining operational procedures and service standards
* Assisting with marketing initiatives and promotional activities
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A Diploma of Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification
* At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Good understanding of restaurant operations and compliance requirements
* A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences
