Bisa Hospitality is looking for an experienced Cook / Commi Chef / Chef de partie and a Banquet Chef, to join our team.
Encompassing East Hotel, Agostinis, Joe’s Bar, Azuma Den, Occasioni and Café Sosta, Bisa Hospitality continues to push the boundaries and grow from strength to strength.

Responsibilities
Right now we are seeking line chefs, with an obsession for food, a desire to learn and the ability to work closely with our dedicated team. A demonstrated history in the food industry is important.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Cook / Commi Chef / Chef de partie - At least 1 years experience
- Banquet Chef – At least 2 years experience
- Practical experience
- Planned, organised and procedural in your approach to food preparation and delivery
- High-level of food hygiene and food safety knowledge (certificate required)
- A love of the food industry
- Be able to start as soon as possible
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Flexible to work mornings, weeknights and weekends
