Why This Role Matters
As a Project Manager, you will lead end‐to‐end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You'll play a key role in building strong client relationships while driving delivery excellence across cross‐functional teams.
What You'll Do
* Manage end‐to‐end delivery of multiple client projects (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
* Oversee project financials, forecasting, and performance
* Ensure accurate governance, reporting, and milestone tracking
* Collaborate with delivery teams to drive successful project outcomes
What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience in Project Management (software / technology delivery)
* Client‐first mindset with strong relationship‐building capability
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Comfortable working under pressure in dynamic and fast‐paced environments
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and commercial outcomes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have
* Exposure to Utilities, Energy, or related regulated industries
* Experience working within global or geographically distributed teams
* Knowledge of contract delivery, client commercials, or managed services environments
* Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
* Ability to work across both Agile and traditional project delivery environments
