Project Coordinator/Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-side project management or government setting, with experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Salary: Salary is competitive and based on industry standards.

Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator/Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing high-profile infrastructure and logistics projects. This will involve effective project planning, stakeholder management, and execution. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders across government, contractors, and local communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in a client-side project management or government setting.
* Demonstrated experience in project and/or policy management within a government environment.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with contractors, regulators, and internal teams.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with documentation, reporting, and contract management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex issues and develop practical solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven influencing and negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project.
