The role involves ensuring HR practices are aligned with the unique requirements of various sectors, building strong partnerships with operational leaders, and providing coaching and advice on employee relation matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a P&C Advisor role within the construction, engineering or mining sector
* Strong knowledge of employment law, industrial regulation, awards and EBA's
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
