About the Position
Anglicare's Home and Community Care teams provide support and services that enable our clients to maintain their independence - living happily and healthily within their own homes.
Our amazing team in Toowoomba are looking for a scheduling officer to assist the scheduling team on a casual basis. The role oversees the scheduling of clients and staff to ensure the delivery of services occurs on time, and in line with the strategic intents of the business.
About You
* Scheduling and rostering experience, using an electronic data management system.
* Self-managing with the ability to prioritise and balance a full workload in a busy, changing environment
* Highly effective customer service skills
* A solid understanding of the entire Microsoft Suite with proficiency in Microsoft based products including Word and Excel as well as accurate alpha-numeric data entry
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Current National Police clearance
