The Service Delivery Agent works in a team to ensure timely, efficient, professional, and safe passenger service functions, including check-ins and/or lead gate agent duties, while meeting all regulatory requirements. They are also responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient adherence to client requirements during aircraft turnaround and achieving KPIs.
The position available is Permanent Part-time. Applicants must be available 24/7, 7 days a week.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver high-standard customer service to all client airlines, ensuring all requirements are met promptly and professionally.
Perform passenger check-in duties and related tasks for passenger handling.
Complete necessary paperwork and reporting as per service agreements and company policies.
Assist passengers, including those during delays, disruptions, or requiring special assistance, and assist with wheelchairs.
Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and policies, maintaining safety for passengers and staff, and report incidents immediately.
Follow procedures set by client airlines and build strong relationships with staff and airline delegates.
Promote a positive company image through grooming, behavior, and service standards.
Work as part of a team to meet aircraft departure schedules and achieve 100% on-time performance.
Adhere to dnata Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.

Essential Criteria

Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical test.
Willingness to undergo an Australian Federal Police security check.
Valid driver’s license.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High-level customer service skills.
Availability to work on a rotating roster.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.

Please note employment is conditional upon a satisfactory security clearance (ASIC) and pre-employment medical/drug & alcohol tests.
