Waverley Volkswagen is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery and Reconditioning Technician to join our growing team. This is a excellent opportunity to work with a trusted brand and a supportive, professional workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Recondition used vehicles for resale, ensuring they are safe, clean, and ready for delivery
- Complete minor mechanical and cosmetic repairs as required
- Conduct road tests and quality checks
- Accurately document work and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Maintain a clean and efficient working environment
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a dealership or workshop setting
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently to deadlines without compromising quality
- A current and valid driver's licence
- Victorian RWC (Roadworthy Certificate) licence highly regarded
