Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Swissport, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, assessing, and selecting top talent across our entry-level ground staff operations. You will also partner with people leaders, coaching and advising them to ensure they have the information needed to make the best hiring decisions.
Your activities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for entry-level roles within ground staff operations.
- Advertise job opportunities across multiple channels and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Advise and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices and selection processes.
- Ensure all candidates receive a consistent, professional, and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate records and data in recruitment systems, supporting reporting and analytics needs.
Your profile
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a proven ability to apply diverse sourcing techniques in a competitive candidate market.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and manage a high volume of candidate screenings and interviews.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while collaborating with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
