Your new role will be pivotal in managing accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations under the Award. This is a standalone role where you will enjoy driving outcomes while supporting the recruitment team in Award Interpretation and the needs of our stakeholders to bring positive outcomes. This role will involve: Manage the accounts email inbox and resolve and investigate queries. Generate invoices and running weekly and monthly reporting. Accounts payable and receivable. Debtors' management including processing and generating monthly statements and reminder letters. Data entry of expenses and allowances. Setting up new client records. Activating new temporary employee records and ensuring compliance. Prepare and process weekly timesheet in preparation for payroll and checking against relevant awards including reviewing and amending and seeking approval where required. Weekly reconciliation of permanent and contract placements. Regularly review the internal audit program to determine levels of contractual compliance across all business divisions of the organisation. The requirements for this role include: At least 2 years experience in an Accounts or Payroll role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with well-developed time management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and have a proactive nature.
