Claims Advocate Opportunity

A fulfilling role has become available for a Claims Advocate to support veterans through the submission and management of workers' compensation claims.

The Role

As a Claims Advocate, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, managing claims, and processing documentation. You will work closely with clients, third-party providers, and government agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

* Email management
* Client communications
* Claim documentation and processing


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be responsive to training, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable dealing with a high volume of emails. Familiarity with computers and competency with Microsoft Windows and Office is essential. A thorough understanding of musculoskeletal conditions will be highly regarded, and experience or familiarity with military ranks and roles advantageous.
