Selection Criteria (Address in Application)
- Current Authority to Practice as a registered nurse with AHPRA.
- Relevant clinical or educational post-registration qualification or 3 years clinical experience in mental health nursing and education.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of teaching and facilitation in adult learning principles within health care.
- Demonstrated clinical teaching and facilitation skills in individuals or group settings using the practice development framework.
- Knowledge of competency attainment and assessment processes.
- Computer literacy including planning documents, reporting schedules, Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Word; ability to use hospital systems to pull data for educational resources.
- Clean and current driving license and ability to travel as required by the role.
