Bliss Kitchens & Joinery is growing and we're looking for a
qualified and experienced cabinet maker/joiner
to step into a
leading-hand role
within our close-knit team. Based in Beresfield and servicing high-end residential projects across Newcastle, Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter, you'll work across both
workshop production and on-site installations
— with flexibility to tailor your duties to your strengths.

About the Role
As a Leading-Hand Cabinet Maker / Joiner, you'll:
Manufacture and install a wide variety of high-end residential joinery
Supervise apprentices and lead by example in quality and efficiency
Interpret shop drawings and work closely with the production manager
Assist with project delivery from workshop through to final site install
Operate CNC machinery (training available if needed)
Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace
This is a hands-on, senior trade role — not just a bench job — and is ideal for someone who enjoys both quality workmanship and project ownership, whilst forming friendships and interacting with other trades within the industry when onsite.
