About The Role
As the 2IC Pharmacy Assistant, you'll support the Pharmacy Manager with daily store operations while continuing to deliver exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Leading by example in customer service and team engagement
Assisting with prescriptions and customer product enquiries
Supporting day-to-day store operations, including POS and cash handling
Maintaining store presentation, stock standards, and promotions
Providing guidance and support to junior team members as required
About You
We're looking for someone ready to step into a leadership role who brings:
Previous pharmacy or retail leadership experience (2IC, supervisor, or senior assistant preferred)
Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset
Confidence supporting store operations and team coordination
Availability to work weekdays (approx. ***** hours per week) and every second weekend
Bonus Points If You Have
Certificate I–IV in Community Pharmacy
Experience using MINFOS or FRED systems
