We seek professional accountants who are experienced Senior Client Managers with demonstrated capability managing a sizeable client portfolio, mentoring junior staff, nurturing their progress along their career development paths, and balancing the demands of whatever you have happening in your personal life.

We are also interested in hearing from less senior accountants that possess strong technical knowledge in Tax & Compliance work, can demonstrate they have done Business Advisory work, and may have demonstrable forensic accounting experience. You can comfortably and independently complete ITRs, tax for companies, trusts & other entities and you have a genuine aim to pursue more BA work in addition to your tax work commitments. To be clear, these roles are not entry-level.
All positions are based on-site in our Deakin office. Free parking is available. We are genuinely curious about our clients' businesses and issues and strive to create solutions to help them achieve their ambitions. You simply cannot do that if you are full-time WFH.
We make it personal, meeting our clients face to face in our office to talk through their ambitions and issues and create solutions together. Limited WFH may be considered, but that is some way down the track. You need to show us you are a performer and consistently hit your KPIs over a long period before we’d be comfortable having that conversation.
