Physiotherapy, occupational therapy (ot) & rehabilitation - upplus physiotherapy

UpPlus Health Group is an established Adelaide allied health practice, and we're looking for our next Physiotherapist. Whether you're a new graduate looking for serious mentoring or an experienced clinician chasing a better culture, we'd love to hear from you.

We're a clinician-led practice, not a corporate machine. That means decisions are made with patient care and team wellbeing at the centre — not spreadsheets. Our team includes physiotherapists, remedial massage therapists, and dry-needling specialists working across musculoskeletal, NDIS, hydrotherapy, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

• Run a varied caseload across private, NDIS, DVA, Medicare and WorkCover clients
• Deliver evidence-based assessment and treatment plans
• Lead hydrotherapy sessions (training provided)
• Collaborate with our massage and dry-needling team for integrated patient outcomes

• AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (or eligibility to register)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but not mandatory — new graduates welcome
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and a genuine love for the work
• Team players who'd rather build a career than chase a paycheck

• $80K–$110K + super, depending on experience
• Paid CPD days and a generous professional development allowance
• Monday to Friday — no weekends, ever
