Learn more at www.cargill.comJob Purpose and ImpactThe ER/HR Specialist plays a strategic role in supporting and advising on employee activities across multiple locations and external stakeholder groups within Australia.Working within a small HR team, you will utilise your HR knowledge and provide specialist support within industrial and employee relations covering performance management, investigations and disciplinary meetings, alongside management of employee data, HR training and administrative duties.
