Primary Purpose and Scope The Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Greyhound Australia's internal and external communications strategy.
This includes overseeing public relations, email marketing, social media, influencer engagement, and internal communications.
The role ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels and strengthens relationships with customers, stakeholders, and employees.
You will lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns, manage media enquiries, and support strategic initiatives that enhance Greyhound's reputation and visibility.
You will also collaborate closely with Entrada Travel Group colleagues to align communications across the broader organisation.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
Manage Greyhound's social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter and the corporate website.
Lead email marketing campaigns and oversee content creation for newsletters and customer communications.
Coordinate media enquiries and prepare responses in collaboration with the CEO and Chief Marketing Officer.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media contacts, and PR agencies.
Support sponsorship and partnership communications.
Ensure consistent tone of voice across all channels, aligned with Greyhound's brand guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective communications during change initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights.

Strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
Experience in email marketing platforms and campaign management.
Demonstrated ability to manage internal communications and change messaging.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and media engagement.
Familiarity with iSentia, Pulsar or similar listening tools.
Desirable: Experience with content creation (photo, video) and/or editing.
Project and change management experience Knowledge of the transport industry and understanding of the passenger transport sector across Australia.
