Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Workforce Coordinator to join our team. As a Workforce Planner, you will play a key role in the payroll and rostering process for employees in our Aged Care Centres.
The successful candidate will be based across our Aged Care Centres in the Crown Gardens (Batemans Bay) and Moruya areas. This is a part-time opportunity with a minimum of 24 hours per week, working two days from Crown Gardens and one day from Moruya. Weekend and varied shift work may be required in this role.
About the Role
* Develop schedules in line with business needs
* Assist the Workforce Coordinator to effectively roster our employee resources
* Publish rosters, process employee status changes and employment transactions while using knowledge of interpreting relevant industrial instruments to provide a professional service to staff
You will be responsible for managing contacts from employees and team leaders relating to planned and unplanned absences, and assessing requirements for backfilling or additional shifts. Ensure compliance to all company and industry guidelines, set up new staff on the system, and more.
Requirements
* Previous experience in Rostering and/or similar positions
* Qualifications in business, commerce, human resources, and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role
* High-level skills with Microsoft Office products and HR information systems
* Payroll Certification (desirable)
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
