Senior HR Advisor

The role of Senior HR Advisor is to provide proactive, site-based HR support across the employee lifecycle working on a major construction project.

* Ensure compliance with parent company policies and client requirements while driving workforce mobilisation, employee relations, and daily HR operations to maintain an engaged and compliant site workforce.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will serve as the primary HR representative for the joint venture, offering guidance on performance, conduct, leave, and wellbeing while ensuring joint venture policy compliance, and oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, performance, disciplinary issues while ensuring joint venture HR compliance and escalating high-risk cases.

* Manage employee records, HR reporting, and workforce planning. Build strong stakeholder relationships and represent joint venture HR in key meetings.
* Promote a respectful, safety-focused culture and facilitate mental health initiatives. Provide HR training and communicate key policies.


About the Role

* This position requires experience as a HR Advisor in the construction and/or engineering field, ideally working on major infrastructure projects.
* You must have exceptional organisational, written, verbal, and people skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with a professional and approachable demeanour.
* Hold a qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Psychology, Business or similar, and possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
