Role Description
This is a casual/part time/contractor role for Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dieticians, Exercise Physiologists and Podiatrists based in Brisbane, QLD, with some work from home acceptable. The responsibilities include conducting home visits for rehabilitation, providing personalized therapy plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patients' wellbeing and confidence. The role involves effective communication and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications and registration as a Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dieticians, Exercise Physiologists and Podiatrists
* Experience in rehabilitation, developing therapy plans, and conducting home visits
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective patient interaction
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for home visits
* Experience with patient record-keeping and administrative tasks
