Administrative Support Specialist
This role provides a diverse range of tasks, ensuring no two days are the same.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality administration and customer support services, interacting with clients and assisting in the promotion of member services.
A flexible approach is required, seeking an individual who is a team player, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a down-to-earth attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer phone calls and greet visitors in reception
* Interact with members to provide assistance and support
* Provide backup and training in business unit services
* Follow up on payment queries via email and telephone
* Process incoming payments and receipts
* Set up new accounts, amend existing ones, and review accounts regularly
* Assist with daily price reporting by liaising with suppliers
* Conduct general research and data entry tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A willingness to learn and adapt quickly
* Previous office experience, ideally in a finance-related role
* Proficiency in using Outlook, Word Processing, and Excel software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
* A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
