You'll partner with key Defence primes, contractors, and government-aligned organisations, delivering specialist talent solutions across complex and security-sensitive projects that support national capability ️What You'll Be Doing:Strategic Client LeadershipAct as a trusted advisor to Defence clients, building long-term partnerships with primes, consultancies, and subcontractors. Deliver tailored workforce solutions aligned to project pipelines, security requirements, and evolving capability needs.End-to-End Specialist RecruitmentLead the full recruitment lifecycle across contract and/or permanent roles within the Defence sector—sourcing, vetting, security alignment, offer management, and ongoing contractor care for highly skilled professionals.Market Insight & Sector ExpertiseMaintain deep knowledge of Defence industry trends, workforce availability, security clearance requirements, and compliance frameworks. Provide consultative insight to clients navigating a competitive and niche talent landscape.Business Development & Desk OwnershipDrive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and securing new Defence opportunities across WA and nationally.
