About Your New Role:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
* Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
* Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions.
* Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person‑centred care plans and ensure holistic support.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self‑care.
* Provide education and support to clients, carers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of occupational therapy interventions.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records and documentation.
* Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes.
* Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* A Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Valid Australian driver's licence.
Current or willing to obtain:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Working with Children Check.
