Key Responsibilities:
Domain Expertise
Apply deep knowledge of telecom systems including BSS/OSS, Billing, Prepaid, CRM, Inventory Management, and Databricks to guide product development and business decisions.
Requirement Clarification
Collaborate with development teams to interpret and refine business requirements, ensuring alignment with product goals.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity on features, functionality, and timelines.
Design Collaboration
Work closely with UI/UX designers to develop mock-ups and prototypes that reflect business needs and user expectations.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement continuous improvements in development practices to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Technical Oversight & People Management
Provide technical guidance to the team and manage personnel to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
