Major federal government organisation hiring an experienced Project Coordinator in the IT Infrastructure space

Through regular forecasts, warnings, monitoring and advice spanning the Australian region and Antarctic Territory, this organisation provides one of the most fundamental and widely used public services.
**Your new role**
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
- Provide support in planning, reporting, reviewing and execution of team activities.
- Assist with preparing and representing Change Records at Change Advisory Board meetings.
- Assist Project Manager(s) with updating project schedules, issues and risk registers, communication cadence with customers and project reporting.
- Support Project Manager(s) and Business Analysts with maintaining Excel spreadsheets with large volumes of data.
- Assist in procurement activities associated with the team including preparing and completing all required procurement documentation.
- Assist with the coordination of project resources, including time sheets, purchase orders, etc.
- Able to utilise methods from Agile, ITIL and ADKAR
- Be self-motivated, dynamic and able to operate with mínimal supervision in order to complete tasks
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Portfolio/Program Coordinator working with multiple project managers and broad stakeholders
- Experience working on IT Infrastructure projects (e.g. data centre migration)
- Advanced Sharepoint and MS Office - including Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint
- Previous experience working with ICT Testing or Enterprise Testing capabilities or teams
- Previous experience working with Business Analysis capabilities or teams.
