KingKong is seeking an experienced Office Manager & PA to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a robust work ethic, and the ability to multitask with ease.
The company is a full-service digital marketing agency that is growing rapidly. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, managing the office, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the calendar, appointments, and daily requests of the Founder and Head of Growth
- Herding internal and external stakeholders in the execution of media opportunities
- Fact-checking, editing, and communicating necessary information for the creation of content for media distribution
- Compiling and submitting business awards
- Preparing reporting to highlight PR efforts
- Booking all travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and activities, both within the United States and internationally
- Researching and being the point person for service providers for various projects as instructed by the Founder
- Ensuring the office is maintained to a clean and organized standard
- Ordering of office supplies
- Greeting clients, directing them to meeting rooms, and offering refreshments
- Answering the main reception line and directing calls
- Ensuring the office is closed accordingly
- Back-up support for the AR function
- Supporting the People & Culture Manager with company-wide events & activities
The ideal candidate will have an 'I got this' attitude, be solution-focused, and have a proven track record of going above and beyond to help others. They will be highly organized, able to juggle competing priorities, and have excellent administration and organization skills.
