About Us
Corrections Victoria has committed to establishing the Barwon Precinct, aimed at developing shared operating models among four prisons to improve prisoner outcomes and create efficiencies. As a component of this initiative, the Facility and Assets group was established to provide local and contracted facility and asset management services with consistent and transparent service levels.
About the Role
The Facility and Assets Maintenance Officer is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the effective and efficient operation of facilities and assets. This role involves general maintenance activities such as cabinetry repairs, minor carpentry, welding, painting and landscaping, as well as the maintenance of small plant and equipment.
