Job Overview
* The Harvey Norman Flagship Store seeks a skilled Merchandiser to manage visual displays and maintain high merchandising standards.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure all product ticketing is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with promotional and pricing guidelines.
* Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards across all departments.
* Collaborate with department managers to implement promotional campaigns and brand guidelines.
* Regularly review display integrity and rectify any ticketing errors, signage issues, or untidy presentations.
* Support the setup and maintenance of end caps, feature displays, and POS materials.
* Ensure all displays reflect current stock availability and showcase best-selling or high-margin lines.
* Identify opportunities for visual improvements and enhanced customer engagement.
* Assist in stock movements and floor resets where required to maintain merchandising flow.
* Provide feedback to management on store presentation, signage opportunities, and display effectiveness.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Previous experience in retail merchandising or visual display is preferred.
* Understanding of brand representation and customer engagement through visual presentation.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Physically fit and able to lift or move display items as needed.
