The Role
The Client Liaison works in a cross-functional team known as a Hub, managing Specialist Sales, Success, and Support. You will facilitate connections between customers and the right teams to help their businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop and maintain relationships with tiered customers in a defined market or region.
 * Identify customer needs and growth opportunities, engaging relevant Hub team members to action.
 * Cultivate revenue through product upgrades and maintain 100% product retention.
 * Promote product and feature usage through quarterly business reviews and connecting customers with Customer Advocacy.
