Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Site Manager, located in Bendigo, VIC. The Site Manager will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety regulations are met, maintaining project documentation, and resolving any issues that arise on-site. The Site Manager will also be responsible for liaising with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
* Project Management and Construction Management skills
* Knowledge of safety regulations and construction codes
* Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and manage a team
* Experience with project documentation and reporting
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in Construction Management or related field
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
