Job Title: Site Maintenance Personnel
We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Site Maintenance Personnel. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of communal buildings and facilities on various sites throughout Central Queensland.
This is a physically demanding position that requires working long hours, including 10-12 hour days, in extreme weather conditions. Applicants must be willing to travel to Moranbah and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cleaning of offices, training rooms, crib huts, wash rooms, locker rooms, and bath houses
* Waste removal, power washing pathways, and light grounds work
Requirements:
* Hold Current Australian Work Rights
* Must have your own reliable transport and a valid driver's license
* Be willing to travel to Moranbah and surrounding areas
* Have the ability to work in a team environment
* Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, time-managed environment
* Be conditioned to the extreme weather in Central QLD
* Have basic computer skills
* Be able to pass a Pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol Test
