Role Description
This part-time, on-site role as an Audio/Video/Desktop/Network Support Engineer is based in Lithgow, NSW. The chosen candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting audio, video, and networking systems, providing technical assistance for live sound operations, troubleshooting and repairing AV equipment, and ensuring the seamless operation of integrated systems. The role requires effective collaboration with team members and end-users to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Live Sound operations and Audio Engineering techniques
* Strong experience with Audio Visual (AV) Systems and Audio Editing
* Familiarity with Social Media platforms and their integration with AV systems
* Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with end-users and a multidisciplinary team
* Prior experience in managing on-site AV and network support, particularly in professional services environments, is preferred
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field is highly regarded
* Current certifications in AV, network support, or IT infrastructure are advantageous
