This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected government client within the North Coast Region as a Project Support Officer (AO3). In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering major infrastructure and transport projects by providing high-quality administrative, coordination, and document management support.

You'll be part of a motivated and collaborative team, where your attention to detail and organisational skills will directly contribute to the success of key project outcomes. Your New Role

As a Project Support Officer, you'll provide vital administrative and project coordination support to ensure smooth project delivery. You'll manage documentation, track progress, and maintain effective communication between stakeholders.

In this role, you'll

* Manage and maintain document control systems.
* Coordinate access, distribution, and version control of sensitive documentation.
* Track submissions, approvals, and revisions to support efficient workflows.
* Administer electronic document management systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint, DMS, or InEight.
* Maintain project records in line with retention and compliance requirements.
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and project correspondence.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain and clarify information.
* Ensure all administrative processes meet departmental standards and quality requirements.
* Support other general administrative tasks as required.

What You'll Need to Succeed

* Experience in administrative or project support within a government or similar environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with document management systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
