The Opportunity:
As the leadership couple of a flagship regional supermarket, you’ll oversee the end-to-end performance of a major retail site, driving operational excellence, team engagement, and community impact.
Your focus will include:
* Managing all aspects of a high-volume grocery operation
* Coaching and developing Duty Managers and local employees
* Maintaining strong stock control, merchandising, and compliance standards
* Driving profitability and financial accountability
* Building positive relationships across culturally diverse communities

About You:
You’re a seasoned retail management couple with deep experience in FMCG, supermarket, or high-volume environments. You thrive in large-format stores, love leading through others, and enjoy creating a positive, training-focused culture.
