We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Trades Maintenance recruitment portfolio.
* The successful candidate will source, assess and place skilled personnel across mining maintenance and blue-collar trades.
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will manage recruitment for mining Trades Maintenance roles (HD Fitters, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers, Electricians, HV roles, Operators, etc.).
* Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking and industry engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
You will partner with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality placements.
* Conduct interviews, pre-employment checks, reference checks and candidate compliance.
* Maintain accurate candidate and job data within our ATS.
* Provide exceptional candidate care from application to mobilisation.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience recruiting for Trades Maintenance roles in the mining sector (agency or internal).
* Strong networks across WA mining / resources.
* High-level communication and relationship-building skills.
