About Our Venue
Our Bar and Gaming team is a key part of our operations, providing quality service to our members and guests in both indoor areas and outdoor spaces.
* Provide friendly customer service and assist members and guests with club enquiries.
* Operate gaming machines, Tab and Keno terminals, and manage jackpot wins.
* Prepare and serve beverages, as well as maintain the cleanliness of work stations and equipment.
* Reset and payout jackpot wins, and handle cash transactions efficiently.
* Collect glasses from the floor and return them to bar areas for cleaning.
This position requires availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. As this role is crucial during peak periods, shifts are rostered from evening through to early hours of the morning.
As part of our recruitment and assessment process, all candidates progressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant due diligence and probity checks specific to the role. This includes, but is not limited to, a Criminal History Check, reference checks, and right to work verification via our portal.
