Administration Officer
6 months relief 25 Hours per week over 5 days
Kyzac Protective Coatings are a local family-owned business specializing in powder coating for everything from small jobs to very large commercial and industrial jobs. We have workshops located in Tomago and Singleton.
We are looking for an exceptional Administration Officer to work from both our Tomago and Singleton premises to help drive our business to the next level.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, great attention to detail, and superior time management and organisational skills.
Duties will include:
* Ensuring the highest standards of customer service
* Managing incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls and other correspondence
* Processing orders
* Tracking costs
* Invoicing
* Entering and filing bills payable
* Ordering and tracking stock
* Reconciling bank accounts
* Payroll
You will have:
* 2 years or more experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Proficiency in Xero, Tradify or similar packages
You will have an outstanding attitude, strong self-confidence and excellent customer service experience. You will be willing to take on core office responsibilities and be able to work independently and keep pace as a key member of a dynamic and high performing team.
