Project Site Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Site Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing daily on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Your primary goal will be to maintain high-quality standards while adhering to project specifications and building codes. You will conduct site inspections, liaise with clients and internal teams, prepare project documentation, schedules, and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
* Liaise closely with clients, architects, and internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and reports.
Requirements:
* Hold current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder License (mandatory).
* Possess proven experience in supervising custom or luxury residential buildings.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in Queensland.
* Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Show high attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
* Possess a valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
