Our client, a well-established family-owned business in the concrete construction industry is seeking an experienced Estimator.
Duties include:
* Estimating functions
* Reading plans
* Steel scheduling
* Liaising with internal and external customers
The successful applicant will possess:
* Experience in Estimating/Construction industry and or concreting/steel reinforcement background
* CFA Piling experience
* Engineering background an advantage
* White card
* Organisation skills
* Attention to detail
* Positive attitude
* Attention to detail
* Adaptability
* Clear communication, negotiation & relationship building skills
* Experience with construction project software would be desirable
* IT skills
* Ability to take instruction
* Willing to learn
* Problem solving skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks
* Able to work independently
* Motivated and driven
* Current driver's licence
Days : Monday to Friday
Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Salary: $90K - $95K (depending on experience)
