About the Role
This newly created position reports to the General Counsel and plays a key part in ensuring that legal frameworks keep pace with rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations
* Draft and review contracts for technology engineering manufacturing and procurement agreements.
* Assist in matters related to intellectual property export controls and employment law.
* Engage with regulators such as the ACMA ASIC ASX and DEC.
* Support development and maintenance of corporate policies.
* Conduct due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation is essential. Experience in legal matters related to intellectual property export controls and employment law is also necessary. Strong communication skills are required for effective engagement with regulators.
